To register for the Okta Certified Administrator certification exam, Candidates must have an active Okta Certified Professional certification. In addition, they should have completed the Administration: Series I Learning Plan, the Okta Essentials for Administrators instructor-led course, or an equivalent training program. This certification is intended for individuals responsible for administering Okta solutions and IT strategy, such as Okta Administrators, implementation consultants, identity leaders, system administrators, technical project managers, and technical project owners.

Prerequisites:
An active, unexpired Okta Professional Certification is required.
Recommended experience:

2+ years of experience in a technical role (security and/or identity management) and 1+ year of hands-on experience with the Okta service.
