About this course

Auth0 Certified Developers are identity and access management practitioners who design and implement Auth0 in B2B and B2C scenarios. These individuals have extensive backgrounds and experience with identity, consumer app development, and SaaS app development. They have general understanding of authentication and authorization standards such as OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth, as well as how Auth0 by Okta supports these standards for building authentication, flexible authorization, and role-base access control. 

Exam Details 

Length:
180 minutes (60 minutes for Part I and 120 minutes for Part II)
Registration fee:
$250 (plus tax where applicable)

  • PART I - 40 Multiple-Choice (MC) Questions
  • PART II - Six Performance-Based, Hands-on Use Cases
  • Note: The hands-on tasks are performed using your local environment and make use of the Auth0 quickstarts/sample apps in the technology of your choice. Please ensure that the computer you are using for the exam has the necessary components to act as your development environment.
Recommended experience:

Candidates should have hands-on experience using Auth0 Management and Authentication APIs, building client apps that authenticate against Auth0, and configuring SPA, Native, Regular, and M2M applications.
