How do I create an account with ProctorU?
Log into https://certification.asqula.com, and select the exam you want to take and then click the ‘Launch’ button within a course. This will direct you to ProctorU. If this is your first time using ProctorU, click “No” to create a new profile. You must complete all required fields of your user profile and agree to Meazure Learning’s Terms of Service and Privacy policy. Click ‘Create Account.’
How do I schedule an exam?
Schedule your exam at least 24 hours before taking the exam. If you are scheduling less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged an additional fee for scheduling less than 24 hours in advance.
Log in to https://certification.asqula.com. From the Okta Certification Credential Manager landing page, you can select the exam you want to begin the registration process. Follow instructions in this guide to finalize your exam reservation.
What are the system requirements for remote testing at ProctorU?
All ProctorU exams must be taken through the Guardian Browser, a secure, purpose-built browser for Mac and Windows. It is required that you download the Guardian Browser to your computer for remote testing.
System Requirements:
- PC (Windows 10 or later) or Mac (Mac OS 11.0 or later) connected to a power source.
- You must be allowed to download software to this computer.
- Wired internet connection with minimum 3 Mbps (3072 Kbps) Upload & Download Speed.
We recommend testing your equipment prior to your testing day using the same equipment you plan to use for your exam. Click here for a video on how to test your equipment.
If you cannot download the Guardian Browser to your computer because you are blocked by your network or experiencing other technical errors, contact Meazure Learning Support for troubleshooting. You can reach the support team via the support chat linked here: https://support.meazurelearning.com/hc
If the issue cannot be resolved through initial troubleshooting, an administrator can switch the test taker to the Guardian Extension. This switch will be performed by a Meazure Learning technical support team member or a support representative through the ticketing system.
Can I use my company-provided laptop or computer for testing?
We recommend using your personal laptop or computer for testing as you are required to download the Guardian Browser to your computer for remote testing and to avoid VPN issues on a company-provided laptop. Okta Employees must complete additional steps for testing if using the company-provided laptops. See instructions immediately below this for the steps Okta employees must do when taking an exam.
Okta Employees
Complete these steps right before you launch the Guardian browser to take your exam:
- Open Jamf Connect from the Spotlight search. You can do this by searching “JAMF connect” on your computer.
- Locate the icon at your top toolbar and click it to open the drop down of options.
- Click ‘Request Admin Privileges’ and your account will receive Admin privileges for the duration of your exam.
Who should I contact if I have technical issues with ProctorU?
If you have technical issues with ProctorU, contact Meazure Learning Support. Phone, Chat, and Ticket Support are available. These options are available on footer pages of the ProctorU website and on the left side bar in Guardian Browser for immediate access.
If you need technical support during your exam, alert your proctor so they can pause your exam and stop the exam clock. Time elapsed for technical support will not be counted as exam time.
How can I request accommodations?
